Hi! I'm Kyndal I'm a photographer, and "well rounded creative" based in ATL, GA. I've been obsessed with telling stories since I discovered my mom's camcorder in the basement at the tender age of 8. An obsession turned passion, I pull inspiration from real life beauty, emphasizing the seemingly mundane and focusing on the feelings associated with what I curate. If I'm not photographing or editing, I'm creating safe spaces for other creatives or talking into a podcast mic. I believe stories can be told in so many mediums and I'm grateful to work with so many people to tell theirs. Whether it be their intimate love story, manifesting the year ahead through a birthday shoot, or watching honest interactions play through my viewfinder- I can't wait to connect the dots and tell the stories that matter most to you
WHY I DO THIS:
Short answer: I love it
Long answer: I want people to feel special on their big days or on any ordinary day in front of a camera. Some people are visual people, some are words obsessed, I'm a feeling person. And I beleive everyone deserves to feel something when they look at pictures of themselves, or of memories.
HOW I WORK:
I've always considered myself to be an idea generator-- sometimes I can't help but come up with concepts and see them through. More importantly, I love people. I focus on developing a relationship with the people I work with and I want everyone to feel at home with me. I treat you like a friend. I'll tell you when a hair is out of place or how good you look posed like that. I aim to capture you truthfully, and find new ways to contribute to your story.
FUN FACTS ABOUT ME:
* big coffee fan and connoisseur (so much so I'm a part time barista!)
* I'm a Leo sun, scorpio moon, and Aquarius rising
* I am gluten free so I know all the best places for a good gf treat (dm me or check my ig highlights lol)
* I used to write poetry so I feel particularly inclined to visually tell love stories
* bratz dolls gave me my start -ask me about it!
